  • 1 hr initial consult -$125

  • 30 min session -$45

  • 1 hr In-direct consult -$75

    • (package of 8 -$345)

    • 1 hr initial comprehensive OT evaluation -$200

    • 1 hr in-person session -$150

      • Package of 8 -$1000 ($125/ea)

Description of Services

  • Standardized testing

    Skilled observation

    Caregiver interviews

    Establish an OT Plan of Care based on child's needs

  • Direct one-on-one time with child in their environment

    Based on the child's individual needs and the agreed upon Plan of Care., sessions can include but are not limited to instructing and/or implementing the following:

    Therapeutics activities

    Therapeutic exercises

    Sensory regulation

    Adaptive equipment/supplies

    Environmental modifications

    Behavior management

    Gross/Fine/Visual coordination

    Self-care

  • -Can be broken down into two 30 min sessions-

    (30min) -Virtual consultation with caregiver

    Gathering medical history, developmental milestones, areas of need

    Questionnaires / Checklists (standardized/or unstandardized)

    Questionnaires and/or Checklists may be provided for caregiver to complete

    (30min) -Skilled observation of the child

    Therapist observes child as they are asked/directed by caregiver to perform a short series of tasks

    All information gathered and a Plan of Care is established based on child's needs

  • Virtual session with child and caregiver

    (Via the caregiver's assistance in implementation) and based on the child's individual needs and the agreed upon Plan of Care, sessions can include but are not limited to instructing and/or implementing the following:

    Therapeutics activities

    Therapeutic exercises

    Sensory regulation

    Adaptive equipment/supplies

    Environmental modifications

    Behavior management

    Gross/Fine/Visual coordination

    Self-care

  • Virtual consultation with caregiver (with/out child present)

    Consult on OT based topics can include but not limited to:

    Strategies, methodologies, materials, applications, changes in Plan of Care

In person sessions are held at individuals home. The areas currently served are; South Austin, Southwest Austin to Dripping Springs, Texas.

  • Appointment availability is limited to protect the integrity of the time spent with your child and developing an individualized plan to address their specific needs and those of the family.
